A General committee of 21 members who bring many years of experience in different development sectors governs SPS. An elected executive committee of 9 members guides policy and program decisions through regular board meetings. The executive committee meets annually and the EC quarterly. An experienced and professional staff team headed by the executive Director is responsible for materializing policy decisions and planning implementing and managing SPS programs and activities.
